found some advice given in another thread what are peoples thoughts

"overpressurise the front tyres (50psi), run 35-40 on the rears, take out air filter and BOTH pollution hoses on top of the rocker cover (block them off with clamps or a bolt), run BP ultimate 98 octane, take out back setas, spare tyre, clamp, run 1/4 tank of fuel MAX and if u wanna get even more serious, run a 10% blend of methylated spirits with your fuel (as it is 98%ethanol , it will bump up your power abit)"

Baxter mate still lookin at running howd the custom tune go

Main thing with this is the highlighted part if this is done it causes adverse affects on the pressure which isnt good for the motor, just want to know all the facts before some one blows a motor because of it

Sorry this sounded fairly harsh, it was a while ago in a thread about putting the little oil breathers on that if these were blocked it upset the pressure inside the head and could cause problems, is this true

Here we go tommorrow I am off to some concreting and landscaping for a friend then back to check over the car and set off to W/bank weather permitting so far so good.

Got Dazza as pit crew looks like Baxter will be jioning the runs down the 1/4 and seems to be a few from other parts of the forum heading out as well, be good to catch up with them, hoping to break the PB and all going well hit a 14.2 see what happens and will see if we can get baxter into the 14's

Sam and his brother be coming out for a spectate and if anyone else is coming out come and say G'day
