Default Replacing watts linkage bushes

Hey guys,

Just wanted to know if anyone could tell me what the minimum tonnage of force (from a bench press) is required to push/pull the bushes from the watts linkage of an AU.

Also, just out of curiousity, what would be the amount required to do ball joints etc.

Cheers.
