Default Process West FG Stage 1 Intercooler Kit Group buy

I'm pleased to announce that with assistance from kev at Process West, we will be conducting a group buy for the Process West Stage 1 intercooler kit for the FG falcon
The kit will come complete with everything that is required to fit the cooler and pipes and has proven results.
http://www.processwe...e-1-intercooler
The group buy is based on the complete kit and will not be available to just the intercooler

Retail price is $1595 for the kit.
We can offer different pricing based on numbers ordered

up to 5 = $1420 each
5 to 10 = $1380 each
10+ = $1360.00

A flat rate delivery fee of $25 will need to be added.

Intercooler can be either Black or polished, pipes are wrinkle finish black

Stage 2 intercooler kit can now be included in this group buy, price is the same as Stage 1 and the combination of both coolers get added together for the buy price

This buy will be advertised elsewhere so we will try to get the numbers so those that want the special price can get it rather than falling short of numbers.
Payment will be required before the order is placed with Process West and a minimum of 5 is required for it to go ahead.

Please do not post anything not directly related to this group buy otherwise it will get deleted to try to keep this thread clean, there are other threads to discuss coolers

Payment can be made by either bank transfer or Credit card
The bank account details for direct deposit are
BSB 193879
Account 428264701
Name Pit Lane Performance
Bank Bank of Melbourne

When depositing the money, please use your forum username as a reference.
Please send your actual name, contact phone number and postage details to belinda@pitlaneautomotive.com

Credit card payment can be done also if easier by sending credit card details and all the above mentioned details to belinda@pitlaneautomotive.com

we will accept payment for the price based on 10+, if it turns out it does not go ahead, all money will be refunded and if it does but do not meet the 10+ quota the difference in price will need to be adjusted

Ratter, how much for you guys to fit?
Should a tune be done? I have a list of mods planned for the future, this is one of them along with a tune, CAI and exhaust.
Just trying to decide whether to jump in a save $200 by getting one now, whether it gets fitted now or sits and waits for other mods cause it needs the tune done.

Hey mate, would it be ok to wait to see how the group buy goes, then when numbers are finalised send payment? That way I know how much I'm spending. I'll be getting one regardless anyway.

you can wait to the end if that what suits you, but others may be in the same boat and not willing to put their names on the list until final pricing is known, so it may delay progress and to be honest I see so many things organised on the net that people are keen to put their names down but then pull out when funds are asked for

some cars can be fitted with a cooler without anything negative showing up as if the stock tune is in place the closed loop boost control will normally keep things appearing to operate in most cases, but if the air box for example has been changed or exhaust as an example it may overboost. It is normally recommended a tune be done on these cars with any mods.
This price offer may only be a one off offer so if thinking about it, it could be a good time to save a few bucks

Curious as to if any or how much cutting is involved to fit stage 2 ?
Also pipes are only available in wrinkle finish ?
Black pipes are good but not keen on wrinkle.
Haggling with the wife now on dollars

The front support bar across the radiator needs to be removed for it to fit.

Kevs pipes are now wrinkle finish, it is possible if you did not like that after receiving them that you could have them stripped and polished or painted/powder coated to a finish that you wanted

I have asked for the titles to be merged in my section.

others that have paid, have paid the price of the 10+ buy price, if it turns out there is less than that and the price is higher they will be topping up the difference. Obviously the final order will not be placed until full payment has been made by those wanting a kit. Delivery once commenced, will go out based on the order payments were made in full.

I'm thinking possibly 2 weeks but will see how it is flowing, if we are getting continual serious people I will extend it assuming those that have paid their money are happy to wait a little extra time

Could be interested in this. Can someone please take the time to quickly inform me on the differences between the kits? I understand stage 1 requires no cutting and is a stepped intercoer. Is stage 2 just a bigger cooler? Cheers

stage should cool better than stage 1 but stage 1 requires no cutting to fit while stage 2 like most coolers requires the car to be cut
