Default Ford Territory 2013 SX immobilised issue

I have changed my dashboard for ford territory 2013 . After changing i am facing issue of car immobilised. Tried recharging battery and changing battery. Not solved. Car does start for a second and turn off again and error shows on screen saying “vehicle immobilised” . Tried spare keys. Keys battery is fairly new as changed few weeks ago. With this also shows error of Air bag and RSS sensor.

Do i need to reprogram the keys?
Or do i need reprogramming of car?

Anyone please help.thanks

Hi. Did you just change the cluster or the whole dash? You may not have all the plugs on the steering column plugged in, does the light in the key surround work? If you changed the BCM you will need to reprogram the keys, dont know if you need to do that if you change the cluster. Cheers MD

Hi Michael,

Thank you for reply. There were only three connections around steering. Which all are connected. And yes, the light around key surrounding is not working. I did changed the dashboard but did not changed the cluster. I have connected the old one.

i know on my BF i undid 4 connections, large white, large black & two smaller connectors. check connections for the key reader coz if that is not connected properly/correctly you won't go.
