Yeah mate, how much are you willing to pay? There is a nice hotel near my place for $125? or we have a formule1 at Wallsend for $80 i think.

Thanks, I appreciate the offer...will talk with you later?...still not sure on what to do yet. Would be good to grab a bite to eat with everyone but it's all going to depend on the car and getting those pesky little ducks all lined up in a row

OK, we have spoken to the event organizer, and it is OK to enter and pay on the day. He is well pleased that so many of us are going to be there.

There is still plenty of room for more cars if anyone is thinking of coming along.

Hey there guys sorry to do this only a week away from the show but i cant make it now to the show NOT HAPPY JAN lol work decided to put me on that weekend and cant swap it with anyone so will have to catch up with you guys another time ok

OK, meeting at Beresfield BP at around 7.45am, leaving at 8am to cruise up and be at Tanilba Bay before 9am.

Fingers crossed its a nice dry day, we don't want any rain ruining it.

ok i now have a problem the friend i have to pick up now in forms me there they get in at 9 50am at willamtown so i might cruise up with you guys but then i'll have to head back to the airport!! god dammit!!

I went up to where the show is to be held yesterday, and was talking to the organizer. Its a big day he has planned, over 200 cars plus all the rest of the entertainment etc, as per the flyer.
There will be a DVD of the show made (which I can copy and send to anyone who wants it), including aerial pics and video of the cars arriving at the show, all shot from his mates helicopter.

This is going to be a good day.

We have picked a spot, all the way along the left side of the trees in the middle.
Its much greener there than what this pic shows, it looks great.

Just to let everyone know, we really have to be there before 9am, and its a 50 minute trip. We will have to leave dead on 8am, or earlier if everyone turns up a little bit early.
