Ok so here is the plan with pretty much all the kinks worked out

Meet will be At approx 7 i will try to be there from about 6:30 for any early comers ect.

try to depart at about 7:30pm
and arrive there at about 9 - 9:30 as traffic will play a big roll in this cruise.
Hopefully when we arrive someone has a camera and we can get food ect.

Get off my Ps on April 10th, I wasn't able to get an appointment at VicRoads until about a month after I turned 18 originally, so have to wait until a month after to get off them :(.
