im not sure about vBulitin, but with PHPBB i know you can download and install smilie packs for them, maybe you guys should see if you can do that.

I think it is a basic software setting, I have noticed that on other forums with the same forum software

Mate I got the inspiration for it whislt watching The Incredibles on NYE. I was rolling on the floor killing myself laughing, thinking.. man.. Mr Incredible looks just like Sparkles!
