Default Au xr6 inner headlight gone white?

I have an xr6 Au and the inner headlight lenses have gone all milky looking,it is on the inside of the glass,what would do this and are they cleanable?,thanks for any replies.

Cloudy ones are usually caused by moisture getting into them but try THIS
