Default STOLEN Capri RS3100 Lookalike!

Sadly, I have to report that one of our members has had his 1971 facelift Capri 2000GT (RS3100 lookalike) stolen overnight from Drumcondra in Geelong. She has twin headlights, black rear boot and RS spoiler, is finished in stand-out Yellow and is powered by a 2-litre V4 engine. If sighted please call the police immediately or Ryan, the cars owner, on 0438 014 044.

I feel for the young chap that owns this car, many times I have seen it in Geelong and admired it. It's a really lovely Capri!

I have always had a soft spot for them, I desperately wanted one when I first got my license but alas, only ever got to drive one a couple of times.

Keep your eye's peeled people, lets see if the Forum Members can help find this car!

Theft like this becomes a huge concern when it hits closer to home... Hope Ryan finds it damn soon, hopefully in the condition it was prior to being stolen. No doubt it was a bunch of scum from the shallower end of the gene pool that stole it. Though I haven't seen this one before, I'll keep a lookout for it.

i dont mean to put a bad anything to this but obviously the people or person who stole this car are extremely stupid. a car that would obviously stand out with a motor that you wouldnt exactly expect to see anywhere. seems like such a bad choice of car to steal.

sorry anyway

it was insured but thats not the point , if i was happy enough for it to go i would have sold it as i live alone and its just one of three licensed vehicles i have and im building my 4th
but as they have found it yet i dont hold hopes of finding it in good condition

on a different point its insured throu gio and even thou it got stolen and ive had it insured by them as long as i have had it and they also do my other vehicles (at market value) and house hold they have sent me a letter stating for the insurance to proceed they need from me
1. a receipt for the purchase of this vehicle , which i bought about 5 to 6 years ago privately
2. a service history , which i do my self as im a diesel fitter and have all my tools
3. current rego papers , no probs there
and 4. even thou it was stolen and they do my insurance an other ethicals i have to supply a license traffic history for my self

and my excess is $200 and they have told me if is repairable i have to pay the repairer if it isnt then they will take it out of what they will pay me , but also sent a demand letter that i pay them the $200 already - and i bet they will still take the next months payment for the vehicles insurance

Didn't see it today. Went to Wallsend, Toronto, Beresfield and Thornton and back to Wallsend for work today. I usually look out for nice cars, particularly Fords.

I'm in Newcastle suburbia, so will keep an eye out. All the best!

To the lowlife who stole it, I hope your pathetic life ends soon.

I'll be at Lake Maquarie tomorrow so I'll keep my eyes open for it.

I'm curious how do you steel a B-series (BA/BF) Falcon without the keys?

Hi Guys,

My F100 was stolen from Runaway Bay on the Gold Coast last week (1st Sept - Tues - early am). Just asking everyone to keep an eye out, it could be anywhere by now.

It is in immaculate condition and its distincitve citrus yellow colour make it hard to miss. It's an XLT swb 1984. Its Qld rego was 428 KUA.

I am a huge F100 man, it is my pride and joy and I'd appreciate any info which may lead to its return.

Cheers!

I had stolen back in June my Centerline Convo rims and Mickey Thompson Drag Radials.
2 15x10 3/38ths back spacing, ford stud pattern and 325/50/15 Mickey Thompson Drag Radials. These were brand new and never used. Had my own thread but it was closed for some reason. I am offering $200 cash to there wherabouts as a REWARD. These were stolen in Toowoomba, these tyre will be hard to move as you will need a tubbed car to run them, they measure 29"s tall and 13.5"s wide. I will post my phone number, dont hesitate to call. No matter how small the lead, maybe you know something of a car in the build or heard something, just call me. Thanks for reading.

Default not ford related, Stolen HQ UTE 1997

I guess this mite be like trying to find a needle in a hay stack and i know its been a hell of a long time but i thought i would give it a try , i bought this ute and drove for about 6 years it was a pretty standard ute with a 327 chev.

I then took it off the road and spent the next 7 years rebuilding it it had all new panels put on it and painted 2 pak bright lemon , it had cobra racing seats and new interior, new 350 chev with Keith black pistons and trick flow heads, new TH 400, dragway wheels, power steering,

It also had a surge tank and haltech ecu in it when it was stolen from Belrose in June 97. It was in new condition and the engine was in it for about a month.

if anyone has any information about where it is or what ever happened to it could you please contact me on, houseofrods@gmail.com or 0404864492

here's a link to my photobucket account where i have a few photos of it http://s687.photobucket.com/albums/v...uzzin62falcon/

Cheers Craig
