AU six stacker probs

hey guys just been looking through a fair few of these "problem" threads and figured im just gonna have to replace the unit. i press the load button and it says 'wait' then nothing happens and it keeps playing the radio also does the same when i press it for a bit to load multiple cd's. wondering how much u guys charge for an exchange unit or if u have any ideas as to how i could fix it myself. how quick would this take to get to me as im going on a big trip at the end of the month and really need it! btw its for a AU S2 XR8

awesome, i just found a removal tool on ebay so that'll be a couple of days and it'll be sent over. thanks heaps you've been most helpful.

well i didnt end up sending the unit over as another member sold me theirs but this has now packed it in aswell (i sorta new it was innevitable!) only prob this time is it has four of my CD's and was wondering how u can get them out?
