my exhaust was around $1300, this included 2 2.5" hi flow catalyic convertors, and full mandrel bent twin 2.5" with chrome tips.

so not including the cats it is roughly $800 for the catback.

a single 2.5" off the shelf item on my eb was $330 without a tip, so it is about right as it is this x2

what ive paid so far is $380 for ph4480 headers (thnx alot whiteaughia, i know ill love them) and $280 for a catback IRS 2.5" mandrel bent sports exhaust and now im looking for a highflow cat for under $200, so i dont think ive done too bad, i wouldnt have a clue how much the IRS exhausts are worth, so wouldnt know if i got a bargain or not, lol.

most cat backs brand new are around 300-350 for a single system, whether if it is IRS or not. so if it was brand new then you got a good price.

I was quoted around 700 for a single cat back. If only they were that cheap.

torxteer- here is one here for $420, 3 inch cat back single system. whoever quoted you for $700 for a single system is a rip off.

True that, onlineperformance are pretty good too and they will back the warranty.

$300-350 was for an I6 aswell, i wouldnt be paying anymore than that.

im guessing that the extra $70 for the v8 is for the y piece, and extra flange.

looks fairly good, only mild steel but that is all my twin system is.

its mandrel bent, only thing is its a single system. and for my liking a single system didnt give that v8 rumble sound that i was after.

yeah thats what i thought aswell when getting my system, id like to paint my system black though in hi temp exhaust paint as its a bit of a rusty colour. and in my xr8 with standard suspension you can see the rear pipes go under the diff.

either that or just wait till it is lowered and dont worry about it.

I have had my P250 for about 3/4 years & the bloke I got it off changed the exhaust to a mild steel one. It has rusted right thru at the rear muffler (only thing holding it on was rubber mount). Prob been like that for 8 months or so now.

When I get it fixed I will be going stainless...

Paid $465 for my PH4006's
$600 for twin 2 1/2" high flow cats
$600 for the rest of the twin 2 1/2" system with twin 2 1/2" high flow mufflers
Dude threw in my twin 3" chrome tips for free
Sounds great, bit rattly top end though from ringing the windsor too hard

PS Mates rates on the whole system though, the price of the pacies is exactly what it costs them to make no profit on them, straight out of pacemaker themselves.
