Done, yes to drag racing wherever it is (not sure) and also annoyed at celebrities killing national anthems.

Cheers

Done!

27.6% voted no - what the hell!

What idiot would vote no!!!!!!

It's at an Airport - guess same idiots who would vote yes for closing the airport as they bought a house cheap in the fly zone and complain about the noise!

Thanks to everyone that has taken time to vote, have asked paper to run the results of the poll, will be interesting to see if they do. As always there is alot of negative media about this kind of thing but very little about the positives of it all.

Sorry for not saying in first post it is for a drag strip at kempsey nsw on mid north coast which is about half way between port macquarie and coffs harbour or half way between sydney and brisbane.
thanks

Thanks again for the votes. Had a get together on the weekend to get some positive media going here is the link for those interested

http://www.macleayargus.com.au/news/...n/2075967.aspx

Also posiive was the poll resuts in that they were run in the local paper 11/2/11 and they are still going up in favor of this going ahead. Can only hope the council are taking notice of it all. Last check of the polls was 84% yes 13% no and 2.9% don't care.

Debarcle-racing checked out that website good luck with it all at your end, also will let the president of the club up here know about it. The more drag strips and motorsport venues we have the better in my opinion.
Thanks again for everyones support.
