Yes, I would have to agree with that.. V8 Utes, Wrx's, 4x4's with speed cams out front with the bonnet up.. Also using cams inside vehicles shooting out the back window as you approach.

Not impound, confiscate. In QLD, once it's impounded 3 times it's no longer yours. Usually they make you watch it get crushed but it wouldn't surprise me if they used em as bait cars or covert Constable Kodak.

Easy way around it is, once your car gets impounded twice, go buy a repairable write off of the same model and swap the ID tags over, then transfer the rego to the "car you have just repaired." New vehicle, new impound history.

We knew of a bloke up here in Brisbane who got baited by cops driving an R32 Skyline, which was an impounded car with some fancy flashing lights on it.

Cops went sideways, he went sideways, they let him pass then pulled him over and booked him. He got off because they baited him.

Exclamation Undercover Motorbikes

UNDERCOVER / UNMARKED POLICE MOTORBIKES.
Was cruzn home tonight outbound on Dandy Rd/Princess Hwy near Oakleigh / Clayton. Heaps of hotted up cars out which is nothing new for a Friday night round these parts. Pulled up at the lights near FTG Rd a group of ricers chucked a u-turn one of them got just a little bit of wheel spin, I jumped on it an took off after them, few secs later I see this bike ripping up on my left so I level out close to the speed limit, always been sus on bikes till I can see them properly.

Saw it was a black sports bike thought sweet, the bike ripped past weaving through the ricers then chucks the blue n red flashies on going for the car that did that baby wheel spin craziest thing - not even sure if the driver did it on purpose lol. The funny thing is I can still hear V8's rippin it right now as I write this and Im at least 800m+ away from Dandy Rd.

So heads up to all those Friday night Dandy Rd cruzers don't be trustin bikes till u sus em out --this guy was plain clothes, the only thing NQR that stood out was his black jacket had a couple of thick reflective stripes on it probs a night time safety thing for when they jump off

Good idea, it might stop people like you 'jumpin on it' to chase them and join in.

Isn't riding around a motorbike doing pursuits an occupational hazard? I can just imagine the pursued car doing a nice handbrakie, and bye bye mister officer see you in pieces down the road.

If you honestly believe this then you need to learn how to drive. Give me ANY car and I will show you that it can be driven without spinning the wheels in ANY circumstance.

UNLEASHED and NOLIMIT. Watch out for these plates as they are undercovers. A green Commodore ute and a silver one. Im pretty sure ive seen the unleashed plates on an older Commodore aswell.

The green ute tried to drag me while I was in the zed and got upset when I wouldn't take the bait. He then took off like a mad man.
