Default Rough Idle XR6 non turbo

Hey guys my ford has a really jumpy idle when I come to a halt ... changed plugs and coils, emission sensor about to pull throttle sensor apart to rectify problem anyone had similar ??? Book says to look for leaks inlet manifold or breather hoses but can't even get under there ??? Any ideas are welcome ....

Need to upgrade my diagnostic reader as will give me ... There are 7 codes logged ... but cannot retrieve from unit ... may need to suss 1 and 6 on inlet for leaks ... just reading gallery seems to be a starting point ....
