Default Sway Bar Adjustable Vs Non Adjustable

getting a sway bar with some birthday $$$. just wondering which is better. adjustable or non adjustable.

car gets used in the hills a bit for fun. and i dislike it rolling as much as it does.

and 27mm vs 30mm

Auto speed used a 30mm and said it did wonders on Frank the EF falcon

Fixed is fine for road use.
Adjustable is only needed on the track where fine tuning is needed.

27mm is bucket loads for the 6 pack.
