Chairman's Award: Chairman's Award - Issue reason: Your outstanding contributions to this community have not gone unnoticed. IN my view you are a worthy recipient of the (rarely used) Chairman's Award.
Default Need “Architectural Grade” Sparky - SYD

Got a smallish job basically ready to go, Redfern area. Onsite parking for anything up to Caddy roof height including racks.

High ceiling warehouse conversion, need to move a fancy fan (RF remote) and install a suspended light array. Accuracy within 5mm required. NOT a “flipper” but architect’s own long term residence.

I don’t expect something for nothing, need it done promptly and tidily, M-F biz hrs only. My usual choice is tied up with carer duties (sibling with ABI).

Any practical suggestions/contacts appreciated. It’s too critical to just fish for a tradie without recommendations.
