I have driven a C63, was an awesome ride, gun metal grey, the sound from the 6.3 N/A V8 is the best factory engine I have heard.

I am a Ford nut though and the extra 80k is too much for me.

I will put some more pics up when roof and new suspension done.

The c63 would be 2-3 yrs old, new is too much for me too. But your car does have me wondering about a new GT-P with a tune and some nice alloys. The FPV rims really let the whole range down and are a step backwards from the earlier designs. I will keep my eye out for some more pics!

You wont be disappointed with a 5.0L GT/GTP. The wheels I have with tyres were only an extra $2100. With a tune and exhaust for note they are awesome rides.

Picked up the car from Centre Line today. Firstly they got the height spot on, exactly how I wanted it, secondly it handles a charm. So happy with the work, the product, the service and they did exactly what I wanted and in the time they said. Pics soon.

I hope you are taking it to Customs Sun Roofs in Maidstone. He is so fussy and his workshop is so clean that you can eat of the floor. He does not employ anyone else. Does it by himself.

This car, this Black GT, I acquired in a rough time, but I did so, in order to try and give me something to focus on, something to give me some joy, and I dedicate it's build to my late wife Samantha.

The project has been going for awhile now and will take months to get it where I want it, but at shows I will do my best to acknowledge those that have helped. Some are friends, not only of mine, but of Samantha too, and I know their work and dedication is for much more.

So thought I would post a thanks here for the journey thus far and the journey yet to travel.

Jase

That does sound the goods.
As good as the ZF is though ... with that sound I'd have to choose manual if i was going to purchase one.

This video long winded, best to watch the start, slower take off, then if possible fast forward to nearly end and has car going past standard, no heavy acceleration.

Both my mate who helped me and I believe we can do this much better, any ideas etc let me know.

And no my GT did not cut a lap, turn into a 4WD and do a pass....

From the Vids it sounds great very similar to what I had.
I had the Defilippo exhaust as well, with no headers and Chris's CAI (probably about Mk 2, has it changed?)

Loved having the window down as I took my foot off the accelerator, it had a great little burble.

Totally jealous, car looks and sounds fantastic.

My GT features on the monthly GT Club of Geelong Magazine! Happy about that. Maybe we can start featuring a car on each news letter too..

Also, the GT is currently getting extractors developed by Defillipo exhausts for it, hopefully complete in two weeks, then back to BPR for a KPM intercooler kit, injectors and Yella Terra snout to be fitted, retune, and see what she has.
