I was just wondering if the ford verification letters are still available. The website keeps saying the computers are down and it's been a couple months now.

Think they are, try contacting Ford by email, quote your vehicle identification number (VIN) and they will send a verification letter in about 4 weeks.

Are we taking about those letters that tell you what your options are and how many builds in those combos?
