Sounds awesome Theo, does this kit require a fuel system upgrade?

From what we can see the FG pump seems to be a little better than BF...
This car is running a stock fuel pump.

What power level is the FG fuel pump rated?

I would say we are not that far from the limit now. its only a stock engine so we dont want to push over 10Psi on it...
For safety you would be silly not to put a surge tank after a few months as the pump gets older and the filter fills up with dirt they dont work aswell, just like what we see in the BA turbo cars now days...

What would be the expected increase in fuel consumption to be when in highway cruise with this kit against stock?

what sort of range out of a tank?

Cheers

Sorry for the late Message just back from the Winter Nats in sunny QLD.

Just want to give a BIG THANKS to Chris and Agro.

This intercooled Kit is the Ducks nuts all the hard work you guys put into these kit is seen by the quality of the finished product when you lift the hood.

The non-intercooled Kit i Had on the BA was good. But this intercooled kit wins hands down on that. Such a nice car still to drive every day with that power. Whan driving normaly you would hardly know it was their and that is untill you put your foot down and then the smile come on my face only one thing better... :

Also Not forgetting Theo want a top job on fitting the Kit. Not one thing has been cut on my car to fit this kit.

So once again Chris i'am saying to you. " YOU ARE THE MAN"

My trip to Bluepower from WA averaged around 13-14lkm. On the way home at 380rwkw I averaged 12-12.8.
Now with 440kw I average 11.8-12.4's. I think it has a lot to do with how much throttle you need to open to maintain speed.

Oh and thats at 110kph WA speed

What does the kit make on 9psi with the stock exhaust, say, for IM240 testing here in WA?

There is no requirement for IM240 as a manufacturer, IM240 is an individual test, so to do a test on one vehicle would not properley cover all cars with differences in plug gaps, fuel quality, sensor quality and engine wear.

If someone wants their vehicle to run and complete an IM240 drive cycle test, it rests upon the individual to have their own car tested and complied. All we do is manufacture the premium blower kit, the rest is out of our hands
