Default AFF Drag Nationals HPR CHICKS BRACKET (9th September)

As a part of the AFF Drag Nationals day at Heathcote on the 9th of September, we will be running the Chicks DYO bracket. It was fantastic to see all the women who want to get out there and support drag racing, that to encourage further participation in the sport, there is a bracket designed just for us, SO NO BLOKES ALLOWED!!!! (in this bracket anyway)

So cmon gals its time to get out there, now the rules for this are relaxed somewhat and you can race in ANY MAKE or MODEL!!! Your car doesn’t have to be purpose built race car, just your daily driver (even if it is a 1986 Sigma!!!) As this will be a dial in competition it is a level playing field.

Fellas, if you want to see your partner/sister/mother out there racing encourage them to come along and have some fun!! Even throw them the keys!!

If you have never raced before this is a great way to have a go and not be intimidate by the blokes!!! And if you are worried, DON’T BE!! There are plenty of people willing to help you out!!

Cost
$40 to race, $10 to spectate.

Where
Heathcote Park Raceway, Victoria

So if you have any questions please feel free to ask

Rules
1. Must be members or partners of members of AFF
2. NO COMP CARS (incl. ANDRA registered cars) AFF is running a separate bracket for these cars. Cars must be street registered.
3. Can be ANY make/model of car (Holden, Ford, Chev, Chrysler, etc.) for the chicks bracket
4. DYO competition (test & tune sessions will be held prior to DYO)

So to put your name on the list, and join in the fun

1) Melz - XF Ute/XB Falcon

LOL Melz ....... I think some of them know me well enough to get a great laugh when it comes to my turn ......

I figure even though I hate autos the Sprint will help me down the track ..... all I have to do is point in a straight line & plant the boot as far as I can tell ;)

Cant wait for this
