Default Replacement fuel injetors for 2.3 ltr Duratec

We have a 2010 MA/MB Zetec wagon which has done 225,000kms. Its been occasionally rough on idle and has stalled in traffic. Booked in for service and diagnostic from dealer says replace the injectors. Got the news there are no injectors listed or available from after market ( Repco ) and Ford don't have any ( they were backordered ). I've looked online and the only ones I've seen are in the U.K. and with freight and Euro exchange will cost $900AU !!! This is a pretty sh*t position for an 8 year old car. Anyone know if the ones for the Mazda L series 2.5ltr will fit. I found the block is shared, but maybe fuel system too.
Currently the dealer is disassembling and cleaning the existing ones until they can source replacements. Any help appreciated.

They are probably a standard injector - they won't be a Ford made part. A decent parts place should be able to help you.

Worked out to be AUD$361.70 in total, delivered.

Bosch Injectors £28,78ea (~AU$50ea)
Delivery £111 (AU$193.20)
[no doubt vat removed sees it lower]

Could be a worthy contender. Pad it with filters wiperblades or what ever you've got coming up (maintenance wise) and that makes it all the more sweet.

Have since found a bunch on Evilbay. In the UK and US with part no. 0280158105 as a cross ref. The US tend to be 'remanufactured'. A set of four with post about $170 AU. One in the UK say they are taking them off 2.3ltr crate engines ( ?) and are 'Ford, new'. These are similar price. A set inc post about $160.
The cleaning by the workshop worked for about 50kms, then back came the problems. light flashing all the way home in limp mode. 80kmh max. no power, rough idle, etc. Trying another workshop tomorrow a.m. to see what their diagnostic says. I'm not convinced its the injectors. I feel its a vacuum leak. A shi**ty hose or something. See what happens...........

Confirmed with a double check diagnostic and its a dead No.4 cylinder injector. Ordered the ones from the UK, but won't arrive until near end of the month. Sigh...... This workshop also detected a probable broken or loose engine mount ( which was contributing to the rough idle visual as well) and didn't like some oily film build-up on the power steering pump too. ( Loose fitting or a seal in the pump) Oh well, it has done 200,000+ kms....

Had the (Diesel) injectors replaced on my Cruiser last month - $870 EACH!!! x 8. They changed the DPF's too so no change out of $15000. Thank Christ it was under warranty...
