Default Passenger side footwells flooded

I jumped in the car after 2 days of rain to find the front and rear footwells full of water . I’m not talking just damp I’m talking a pool in both.
Doors look fine and dry ,firewall is dry but footwells are pooled.
I have pulled the front carpet out and all trim in the front and can’t find anywhere that it has come in from.
Has anyone else had this problem .
I pulled out the pollen filter and there is no evidence of any water coming in through there .
Please if anyone has had this problem and can give me some clues on where I can start to look to hunt it down.
