The only thing I'm liking at the moment are the projector headlamps. Mountains of black plastic on the lower grill of XRs... ehhhh.

Considering it for your GT or XR6T if they are a direct fit?

Seconded, the black plastic is taking over and it's not a good look. However I will wait till I see one in real life before passing final judgement.

The new wheels look good!

I like it. Not so much the G6 or G6E (Silver one), but the XR's look good.

Looks great, gives the front end that extra flare, the current front end looks a bit plain in my opinion. I hope they also touch up the rear end a bit.

The changes are similar to Holden's from VE to VE series 2...if they could follow Holden and provide a model similar to the redline that would seal the deal for me, lower suspension, brembo brakes, larger wheels and call it the XR6 Turbo R Spec...

XT spec looks quite attractive, certainly not a badly optioned car.

I was going to say, they should of paid MAD to do the projector design. I thought the FG looked cross-eyed at night, now it looks cross-eyed during the day too. Projectors should DEFINITELY be on the outside like in my avatar!

Some of you need to stop smoking the wakky weed. They look absolutely terrible. That front end plastic is disgusting.

Thank god I didn't wait for this and picked up my MK1.

+1 hopefully a return of the XR8 (NA 5.0) isn't too far away.

It's a great time to be blue, some exciting models on the horizon.

XR6 LSD is BACK!!!!!!!!!! I'm not even going to re-read that to make sure that I read it correctly. I'm just too thrilled.

Looks great Ford! Those are some pictures that I can stare at all day. Hope the real thing looks this good!

Oh, and great to see the ute live on! What was that about all the people that were saying that the ute was not going to make it? You're wrong, boys!

I don't think FG2 was where people were expecting it to get the chop, but come time for an all new falcon, who knows.

Is it just me, or does the XR front with the flared bumper bits under the foggies makes the car look a bit AUDI-esque??
Regardless, the XRs look tough as!! Not so sure about the G6s though....

That seems to read for Turbo's & Utes only if you ask me. N/A XR6 sedan has no such option

Not me, wife's in Syndey today so I pinched the G6ET for the day and bloody hell it's a fantastic car...I think I'm going to order a Feb '11 build G6ET, anyone know of any price changes....as it seems I'll gain 19"s (which I could do without) sat nav from Terry which is a massive improvement on the current factory job and thankfully the 8-way power seats remain and linked to mirror settings as opposed to the SZ Terry offering...see I'm mounting a case for staying with the "wolf in sheep's clothing".

There were people on the forum saying there wasn't going to be an FG2 ute and that production would be finalised in February. Boom tish.

must have missed that.
doesn't seem overly logical being that the design is there to be used.

So the R6 ute is dead? Be good if they brought out a new Tradesman orientated variant, LSD, taller tyres - nothing over the top.
