Just heard on 3aw that Ford are closing broady & Geelong from 2016

All those people saying that Ford was to continue in Australia. Then didn't buy a NEW Falcon or Territory. Then wonder why this happens & whinge they are closing....

The repercussions on not just all the families concerned, but Australian manufacturing across the board is going to be horrendous!

Not good news at all the flow on effect to their supplyers will be massive. Also worse news for Geelong with the future of shell up in the air. A very sad day for Australian manufacturing.
