I don't know what the pads are, haven't pulled them out yet, I think rotors are ADB? White and red box I think I saw at his place ages ago.
Not all combo's work well you may need to check the brands. Genuine front Brembo 4 pot pads are $390 a set or you can buy pads from $120 a set but you should machine the rotors first and a rear upgrade would benefit you as well if you go to the larger 328mm vented rear PBR FPV style set up under $1000.

What front pads would you recommend for a daily driver that gets driven hard on weekend?

Machine the rotors first and then fit the pads and i have listed the top 4 pads we sell from top to bottom. We also do Remsa and project mu plus others but these are popular and good.
In my opinion all FG automatics with brembo 4 piston front brakes are more prone to noise than other models.
1.Ferodo DS2500 if stopping is your priority $300 Best street/track option
2.Bremtec Evolve $180 dusty - Dusty inbetween hawk and ferodo Lower level street / track option
3.Hawk Ceramic $185 low dust - less initial bite but better than Bremtec - Performance street
4 Bremtec Endure $120 low dust - less initial bite - Performance street

I'd assume the ferodo is the dustiest since it'd be the most aggressive/softest pad for the highest grip?

Keen on option 2, not a track car and I trust your opinion

I'll pull one of each current pad out and list what I have (assuming the number is still on it).

Cheers for all the advice and help!!

my mechanic mate reckons not many (if any) will machine slotted/drilled rotors (confirmed front rotors are ADR2102S Dim and ADR0505SD on the rear

what would you recommend for rotors then? ADB again or???

cheers again mate

The Euroline were not listed on this particular list as the inquiry was for the Brembo 4 piston pad and they don't do the 4 pot shape in the Euroline range. The brembo 6 piston caliper is in the Euroline range and would be number 2 or 3 on the list and they are similar to the Hawk pads and cheaper.

The Ferodo DS2500 is one of the best street/track pad available and then you either go more street or more track but there are many good pads out there and help is what i do.

Thats correct you will find most people stay away from machining these rotors but they are machinable if with in thickness.
DBA is always my first option i can count how many issues i have had on one hand over the years and they back there product.
