I think it would be just rosy if some sort of description was added to each of the posts.

Ari Vatanen - Pikes Peak 1989 - Peugeot 405 T16

Google version of same video - larger window size

Still the best car footage to date. No music. No commentary. Just man and machine as one.

About Ari Vatanen

Ruf modified Porsche 911 at Nordschleife

Another video of the same car with external footage

Heaps of oversteer action. Looks like a 1980s model Porsche. For those who have not heard of Ruf then click here

That's a great clip. How about the wheel action on the first banked turn!? it all sort of ends abruptly with a tiny little gate though..... bet there's been tears there once or twice!

seen a video of this guy racing on the same track except they take another way where the cones block it off. there are huge straights where he takes the car full speed and man the gearbox gets a belting at the end of it.

It's the same vid.....I just wish the camcorder used to shoot that footage, was at a higher frame rate/shutter speed, because the video frames were having trouble keeping up with the speed of the car. Some of those high speed sweepers were well over 250kph with the car dancing.

Cheers

Ah cool , in that case here's something a little different for the guitar heads again , a bit of an original leadbreak/solo in the creation.
