Thanks for the feedback guys.

As I now have a family to think of as well, I would be looking to spend around $4000 on parts to build myself, as I would want a tough reliable street combo (which could still post a reasonable number at the strip, 13's?) that I know will not cause me too many hassles, even when it get a few km's on it.

Unfortunately, V8's are to hard to get engineered these days, so a tough n/a 250 will do until I have a chance to look at a later model engine and box combo.

Perfoming the mods you have suggested 75, with a decent carb/ manifold and exhaust, what sort of flywheel horses would you roughly be looking at?

On a different note, what do TE/ TF sedans roughly weigh in street trim?
