The problem is, that pedestrian has decided not to wait for his little green man to rock up, and is already halfway down the next block while you are still unable to get on your way.  |
It’s really annoying. I’ve seen so many people press the button mid stride with no traffic coming. They have no intention of waiting but still press it anyway.
