PS! Does anyone take vitamin supplements at all? Which ones work for you? Has anyone considered taking a supplement to help them lose or gain weight?
Every morning I have a concoction of vitamins - B complex (veggos don't get vitamin B12 as the only source is meat), Iron (veggies have non-haem iron that is not as easily absorbed as the iron from meat), a general multivitamin, Calcium (if you have enough it helps ease PMS symptoms), and Glucosamine (yes I know it's shark but after tearing cartilage in my knee playing netball, I am taking it to avoid an operation).
