Ok, so DRL's are firing on all cylinders!!!
Everything works fine.
Lights are now 100%, then reduce to 70% with headlights on!
Turned out that in the Relay Terminals / Wiring Loom the Yellow and Blue were in the wrong terminal.
Simple change and all good!!!
