Meh, I am not doing well at all :yeees: . Basically since the kids have been on holidays I have done no real "formal" exercise other than washing, cleaning, vacuuming, gardening etc. And it's not been enough.
Something about being home... I start confusing boredom with hunger and will eat naughty things like
white bread, toasted, with BUTTER on it.
I hate the fact that dieting to me is basically denial, denial, denial. No matter what the books/mags/experts say, that is what you have to do to lose weight. And exercise, exercise, exercise...

Anyway, there's no other way. Now once the kids go back to school in 2 days, I am back to it... and 2 kilos extra to lose.
