Prior to departing RHD market announcement, they offered it to PSA (Puegot) for 60 million. PSA declined as they believed without manufacturing it was worth less than 20 million.

I bet they wished they had taken the offer, allowed Holden to sink or swim under different ownership.

I am surprised PSA did not jump at the chance for $20m. Especially including access to FCA platforms in future as well. Massive opportunities to enhance dealerships and save money and increase sales with what would essentially be badge engineering. (Thats all Holden was besides Commodore platfrom for years and years.)
