If you will be happy with about 200rwhp just get some 1.72 rockers and a full exhaust or just do 3.9 gears and it will make it feel like it has more than 200hp.
If the cam is larger than factory cam, diff gears and a stall will be needed to make it a decent driver.
That particular cam you are thinking about fitting recommends at least 3.55-3.7 gears,not certain but I think your Fairmont has 3.23?
