So here is the problem with that.
A teacher will then need to maintain a physical class for half their students as well as an online class in real time for the other half.
Akin to attempting to drive a car on the road without crashing while also playing a car racing computer game and also trying not to crash.
I can't see that working for primary school at all.
It may work for high school where the students use the school as a facility to learn and access classes and WiFi on school hardware or on their own devices possibly under the supervision of support staff that can't directly help with class content.
