I think its good it gives people the option to have either digital or physical card.

So many cards to carry in a wallet, if you can have it all on the phone it is very convenient.

e.g a loyalty cards, membership cards etc.

I understand people privacy and security issues.

The airports currently use out passports photos for facial recognition, so its inevitable the police will have the ability to scan our faces with facial recognition to identify someone.

It can also help in crackdown on medicare and centrelink fraud.
