I'd not recommend Taiwanese 'Standard' brand to anyone. Mine last less than 12 months and a P250 owner had one do the same thing but eventually it sheared off it's pin and stop turning the oil pump.
Either get your Motorcraft one rebuilt by a
distributor reconditioner, or get Motorcraft. The GhostAuto ones look great and I'm sure the seller is very confident in his product, but I personally don't see any reason to get away from Motorcraft.
