Give the top of the fuel pump module (or the tank itself) a good few taps when 12V is present - sometimes they can spring into life. I once got a Commodore 300km by thumping the tank every time I went to restart it (it was 300km from the nearest dealer, and we were on a 4000km road trip across 3 states).
More recently I did the same in my mate's XH ute to get him home from a work site.
Generally once they are running, they'll keep going until you switch it off again.
