Office and work area

Wondered what is a solution for now until you can get the ideal thing to be able to have your own office area where you got your own computer and quiet area to be able to do work stuff in piece.
A few people at the local school have their own office and it makes you realise how much you want that.
The only way that am able to think of is have your own place but at moment it isn’t really a option and was just looking for permanent ideas until then.
Reason own house is taking longer than it’d take most people is because am wanting to buy and not rent and be limited and go through current problems people are having.
