I reckon I could do that. Set up rail blocks going into Karratha and Port Hedland with kegs, tables, glasses and a big sign saying "free beer". Do it on the roads going in as well to get all the contractor traffic. Word would quickly spread. Couldn't cost more than 50 to 100K.
Oil has opened on the Sunday (US) futures trading 19% higher, biggest ever rise & comparable to its 1991 pre-Gulf War 1 rise. Currently I'm seeing just under a 10% rise as the price has faded slightly. If "slightly" is the word - it's a multiple sigma move both ways.
