What are peoples thoughts on doing / not doing this belt change?
My MB Mondeo is now 10 years old now, but only has 112,000 km's, well short of the km mark of 160,000 for changing it, but clearly due time wise.
I am contemplating whether to sell it to a friend, or keep it for another few years,
The concern is 'how much life is left in the belt', and do I drive until it pops, or sell with a caveat & make it clear that this needs be done at their expense?
