Pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the alignment because the wear is even across the tread to within fractions of a mm and the car tracks truly on level pavement.
I'm just wondering if Continentals tend to sacrifice wear in favour of roadholding.
I can say that I'm not happy about the tyre noise which is bordering on being objectionable on most surfaces except smooth recently laid bitumen.
