What parts do you already have??
You do realize that the Pinto is a very heavy motor, not the best base for a turbo project...
Has many inherent problems especially valve train lubrication.
But, I guess it could be done. Do you want someone to do the work or are you going to do this yourself?
I've personally been involved with 'Janspeed' when I lived in the UK, and we did turbo some fords.
Recalibrating the fueling on the standard Ford mechanical injection systems was quite time consuming though.
Reverse engineering electronic factory
ECU's is VERY time consuming !!
We didn't aim for high boost, but focused on reliability.
Not that much gain for a lot of work though !!
