We did a Vanuatu / Noumea cruise many years ago and I still think it was one of our best holidays. I remember thinking how relaxed I was and realising I was only one 1/4 into the trip. I normally take a few days to get into holiday mode and leave work behind, so this was a great feeling.
Norovirus went thru the boat though and while we avoided it for the trip, I got the bug just as we were departing.....was a long flight back home but I still recommend a cruise holiday, just be sure to wash your hands a lot!
