Very true that... (about Norovirus and washing hands with antiseptic gel)
Carnival... who also own P&O and Princess are the slackest for this... Years ago, every eatery had a crew member stationed at entrances with bottles of antiseptic gel and making sure you used the stuff...
Last time I was on a Carnival owned ship, It was more an “honour system”... And half the passengers ignoring the provided gel.
Royal Caribbean (who also own Celebrity Cruises) seem to take it more seriously... Celebrity ships even having infrared sensing toilet doors and taps etc, so no touchies...
