And this is why Ford's reputation is lousy. Why on earth is the dealer telling you Ford doesnt give a stuff about you -you've just signed to buy a car and the dealer tells you they dont care.
Idiot dealers. Ford head office need to fix this ASAP. Can you imagine a Toyota or BMW dealer telling you this? I think not.
