Default Friend is trying to sign up

Hi guys.

A friend of mine has tried signing up to the forums a couple of weeks ago ... but hasn't got authorisation as yet ... he just wanted me to ask if you have received it yet.

Cheers
Simon

Then you'll probably find he entered it incorrectly, the mail is sent immediately the sign up is completed.

Best to get him to do it again.

Lots of registrations get caught up for this reason, such as an address being entered as person@hotmail.com.au when all hotmail addresses are .com only.

A function has been added to hopefully reduce the incidence of this.

He is on other forums as well ... so has signed up for other forums.
He has tried again since the original sign-up .... still hasn't received an authorisation notification.

I'll get him to try and sign-up again.
