has anyone noticed in motorsport all the stars never really seem to be in trouble or dissrepute.Its not like they arnet in the lime light. Andrew johns has quit the nsw origin team after Timana Tahu walked out on a team meeting after Andrew johns made a racial slurr towards mostly Greg Inglis (who if you dont know is heavily involved in anti racist groups and community events for ALL sports).......WHAT A LOW LIFE Andrew Johns. And the best bit channel nine say they are keeping him....nice one......Thank god skaife and neil crompton are level headed models for our juniors.

ive heard plenty of indigenous people say similar things about white people.

Bloody hell...do we need a thread for every single thing that happens in sport?
We don't condone racism and if this story is absolutely true, then it's a shame that Johns is continuing to destroy his once-clean name. However, we can all get on with life because this is an issue between Timana Tahu and Andrew Johns and if it is severe enough, the NRL should deal with it.

Threads regarding and referencing racism invariably turn into heated arguments, and thus don't belong on a motoring forum. This thread is a combination of both a question regarding motorsport role models, and a statement about a racist event. If you wish to start a thread purely about the good virtue of Australian motorsport celebrities, then by all means do so.
