getting another .5 litres out of our motors sounds pretty awesome but im sure its not gonna be very rev happy. is this an actual stroker kit, or is there boring out of the cylinders involved too?

I said not set up "as" -

Slicks, Front Runners, Race Fuel, Weight loss, Surge Tank, Tune etc etc etc

One of those FG's even did the time on 19"s

FG's weigh more the Ea's

I read somewhere it has taken you years to get where you are now Scotty with alot of 1/4 runs & data taken over the years so the times they have laid down at the track are very respectable.

That's what I was getting at

Ps don't take anything I have written her as a personal attack - dunno why I have to write this but ppl take things I post the wrong way

Pps not taking anything away form the times it just how the game us played - all good

It's all good.
We are not racing for sheep stations !
one day we will do all the race fuel, surge tank, weight loss, full slicks etc

It's all fun, I am sure Scott isn't stressed, more to the point he shouldn't be !

Lol i have had the car at the track 7 times(6 heathcote + 1 calder) in total in the 7 years ive had this car. - 3 of which we have had breaks in first few runs.

I think most people think that we have done heaps but reall we have just modified things and changed thing along the way while on the dyno . Alot of the r and d is done that way , Also by how it feels in roadtests.

I have been through a motor which paul had nothing to do with . then about 3 years ago paul started tune my cars and now has built head cam and bottom end in that time .

We have been to last 3 ford forums days together and that is it .

The test mule was a good friend of mine's vehicle before he sold it on.

Was a EL Heritage Green Fairmont ... had a serious amount of torque for a road going N/A. Actually behaved itself fairly nicely as well. But there was a fair bit of other work done to the engine as well as the head/cam package.

The engines are a combination of bore and stroke work.

Joe had put this project aside for a while due to lack of mechanics working for him at one point. He's being into more performance work lately though ... so it may get some more attention.

As for his website ... it's not his forte but it may be getting an update soon.

As for now though ... he has been pretty busy with the mods side of things now instead of the bread and butter servicing work.

A lot of the work was put into E-series blocks ... but pretty sure there may have been a little bit of a look at a B-series block a little while ago.

Hopefully this really gets off the ground though as it's something different

I should be dropping in there soon ... I haven't asked Joe where it's at lately though. I knew it had been put on the backburner for a bit though.

If i come across some more info I'll post it up though.
