Default Considering daily driver

Hello all from Brissy,

The spouse and I are in the throes of searching for the next family chariot. The current non Ford ride is needing more and more cash to keep it drivable and it's probably time to move on.

I'm not impressed with the choice of automatic, small-sngined suvs out there and would like an alternative. As such, I'd like to see any au/ba/bf cars out there suitable for daily driving duties.

Btr four speed preferred. Minor repairs fine. Budget for the car would be say ten with a few thou allowance for repairs and fixes. So probably NOT an xr6. Clean xt or Fairmont is what I had in mind. It's going to do battle in the carparks of the nation, so it won't be a garage queen and will acquire battle scars.

Will be at the all Ford day Willowbank this Sunday. Pm me beforehand as needed,

Cheers,

Scrub this idea. Instead, we've tipped a bucket into repairs to the current daily driver.

Thanks. We've owned it from new and tried to look after it.
