Saw this EL Ghia advertised and trying to work out what the engine is? Looks like an aftermarket turbo? And I didn't think there was a tickford badge onthe cover there either? Any ideas?

Looks like a Capa Supercharger
And as said it just looks like it has been bolted onto a stock 4.0 EL Ghia's have tickford motors - the head should have a T on it - that tickford badge on the rocker cover the owner must have just stuck it on there

yep as sorted says its actualy a stck 4ltr with a lousy cheap capa supercharger . friend thought he try 1 an it was weak as camel pizz.
